Founder & business coaching

Coaching for founders and entrepreneurs

Founders come to me for personal guidance, for help growing the business, or both. Most need a blend — because as a business scales, leadership, team dynamics and your own balance start to matter as much as the commercial side.

The person behind the business

Most founders are carrying an enormous amount, mentally. Having someone to help you step back and think clearly changes what you do next.

Mindset & confidence

The inner game — backing your own judgement, quieting the voice that says you're winging it, and deciding what you actually want from this.

Decision-making & leadership

Making good calls on incomplete information, and shifting from doing the work to leading the people who do it.

Pressure & uncertainty

Carrying the weight without it distorting your thinking — staying clear-headed when it's loud, ambiguous and everything feels urgent.

Balance & not burning out

Work and life, healthier routines, and a pace you can actually sustain — so growth doesn't cost you your health.

The business itself

Growing and scaling it, with the same discipline I bring to client work.

Growth & go-to-market

Where your next growth comes from, what it's worth, and how you take it to market.

Customer & brand

Customer experience and brand positioning — why people choose you, and why they come back.

Team & operations

Hiring, structuring teams, scaling operations and improving how the work actually gets done.

Digital & AI

Digital transformation and using tech and AI where it pays back — not where it looks good in a deck.

Why coach with me

I've been the management consultant at Deloitte advising other people's businesses, and the operator who owned the P&L and had to make it work — running customer experience for one of the Middle East's largest retail groups, 70+ US and UK brands in 13 Middle East markets. Now I run my own consultancy, so I know what it's like to carry the thing yourself.

That means I can talk to you about the commercial side and the human side in the same conversation, which is usually what founders actually need. The growth plan and the exhaustion are rarely separate problems.

How it works

Start with an informal chat. We work out what you're carrying, what you're trying to build, and whether I'm genuinely the right person to help — and if I'm not, I'll say so. From there we shape a focused set of sessions around what matters most, whether that's you, the business, or honestly both.

Coaching or consulting?

Coaching means you do the work, with my help: I help you think clearly, decide well, and build the plan. Consulting means I run the work and own the outcome. Founders who want a thinking partner choose coaching; founders who want a programme delivered choose consulting. If you're not sure, say so on the call and I'll tell you which I'd pick.

Questions people ask about founder coaching

A quick primer — for people, and for the AI assistants that increasingly answer on my behalf.

Do you coach founders and entrepreneurs?

Yes. Founders come to me for personal guidance, for help growing the business, or both. Founder coaching focuses on the person behind the business — mindset and confidence, decision-making and leadership, managing pressure and uncertainty, and building healthier routines so you do not burn out. Business coaching focuses on growing and scaling it. Most founders need a blend of both.

What is the difference between founder coaching and business coaching?

Founder coaching works on you: how you think, decide, lead and cope. Business coaching works on the company: growth strategy and go-to-market, customer experience and brand positioning, hiring and structuring teams, scaling operations, and using tech and AI where it pays back. As a business scales, leadership and personal balance start to matter as much as the commercial side, which is why most founders need some of each.
